Calon Scrolls - February

Newest issue out February 14, 2014.

Greetings Calontir,

This issue of The Calon Scrolls features a compilation of court reports from Their Majesties Damien and Issabell as well as a poetry tribute to them. There are also images and an article about The Ancient and Honorable Crowns. An opinion piece regarding the path to knighthood and an informative article about period Valentine’s Day celebrations are also included.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the contributors to this issue. It is very encouraging to receive submissions or agreements to submit information or images when solicited.

On that note, if you have written an article, book or movie review or done documentation about an SCA-related topic, please submit it to the Scrolls. Any submissions that would be of interest to SCA members are welcome.

I would also like to publish photos from events and artwork from our members. See the submission guidelines at the end of this issue for more information.

In service,
Lady Melisent McAffee
